Hello forum

My 7900XTX is arriving tomorrow. Read up the latest 23.2.1 driver is over-writing BIOS settings and causing corrupted windows installs. Confirmed issue?

If so, 23.1.2 is for the foreseeable future...

Much obliged for responses

Idk, I had it installed, everything worked fine, than I went out, my pc went to sleep mode, came back, pc was on, screen was black, replugged cables, didn't get the screen, so restarted pc, and boom, pc booted in to bios, didn't know why, restated second time, same, then I noticed my m. 2 ssd is not showing in bios, like it doesn't exsist, turned pc Off, turned power supply off, waited couple of minutes, turned pc on, booted to windows, ddued 23.1.2, installed 22.11 and that's my story 😅

23 series drivers all together un-usable? Did you try any after 22.11?

DDUd old AMD drivers in safe mode, installed only driver from 23.1.2 (should be 22.40.01.34 by AMD homepage). Seems to work on so far. Win 10 1809
