(Help) Boot/Restart Issues on Windows 11

Hey All, recently I have been having some troubles with my laptop (Dell g 15 5510) concerning other problems but today when I sat down with it and tried fixing the problems mentioned before (in my first post) all of a sudden my Laptop started booting at 2x the time it usually takes and when I restart, it goes above 5 minutes, I ran some updates as well and now it has been stuck in the “updates are underway. Please keep your computer on” for the past 12 minutes. Its a Samsung pm991nvme ssd I believe. Im assuming it’s either the SSD or I need to reinstall windows, if anyone has a soloution to this please let me know. Everything still runs fine except for it being a little slower when navigating around the UI. This just suddenly happened, from one minute to the next,  HWinfo says my SSD is at 99% health. Ive been sat down for the past 4 hours trying absolutely everything, all drivers are updated, all windows updates are downloaded, startup apps are also disabled, its de-bloated, I have absolutely no clue what caused this. Also should I rather take this to the Storage section of this Forum?

What problems did you mention in your first post?

Did you open it up and maybe mess up some of the cooling? Overheating maybe?

I mentioned my cpu and ram usage being through the roof and not even being able to get 60 fps on minecraft regardless of high or low settings. And no It hasn’t been opened, I was thinking of repasting it though, these problems occurred in a couple-minute time period though.
