Oops! Google Chrome could not find...

Go to solution Solved by beebskadoo,

Look in the device manager for something called Microsoft network debug tool, uninstall it if it's there (under networks) and restart your computer.

Also reset internet options

Argh

have to rewrite the problem because of the problem :D

It's web browser problem, or internet connection problem

i had just built this PC yesterday and it's running awesome, still getting used to win 8.1 pro, but i think i'll switch back to win 7

anyways, the problem is, that chrome is constantly giving me this message (IE gives something about the can't find the page thing), don't have other browsers installed

after some refreshes it decides to work (sometimes it half works, all the text is on the left side and no pics)

after i got win up and running, i downloaded the live update 5 from msi, scanned the system and installed the drivers it recommended (dem damn drivers)

so now, when i check the device manager under network adapters it gives me 2 b/t devices and Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260, the one i'm using.

there is no yellow triangle next to it, under properties it says the driver is from intel, date 1.8.2013 and version is 16.1.3.1

update driver gives me "best driver is already installed"

device status is "working properly"

signal strength is excellent

mobo is mpower max ac

i tested this issue on old pc, to see if it's ISP fault, it's not, on other pc the net works fine

tried disabling firewall but that didn't help either

EDIT

restarting the router didn't help
