Depends on the specific software you're planning on using. Some really likes AMD cards and the 6800 XT will crush, some are impartial and the 6800 XT will be best, some heavily utilize CUDA and other Nvidia technologies where the 3060 Ti will come out far ahead despite it being a significantly slower card. Without knowing what you're going to use, there's no way we can answer your question.

6800xt any day it's comparable to a 3080, except in a few video/3D software that are designed for Nvidia
