Efficiency problem with RTX 4080 + 7600X?

Good morning all,

I bought 3 days ago PC like below :

RTX 4080 Gainward Phantom with driver 528.49

Ryzen 5 7600X

Asrock B650 PG Lightning bios 1.09

Kingston Fury Beast 6000 MHZ 36CL

Kingston KC3000 SSD

Krux Generator 850W Plus Gold

Display 2560 x 1440p 240 hz

Re-bar enabled

In BIOS I choose EXPO 0 profile for 6000 mhz 36CL

I choose this parts because I saw many benchmark vid on yt and unfortunately results are different than my configuration.

My furmark results are in attachment and I'm wondering why I have always  70% TDP max? GPU Load is 99-100% ok but shouldn't be TDP 100% in games and benchmarks?

In Battlefield 2042 for example I have between 80-110 fps with 1440p ultra settings - on every benchmark in others have 150+ so difference is imho big. Also GPU uses 170W of power so it's ok?

I'm newbie in PC gaming cause I was playin on PS5 and XSX for last years so don't kill me if my questions are stupid but I thought that this PC will have better results in 1440p gaming

I have no idea why there is missing SSD information

Thank you guys and waiting for reply

Welcome to the forums!
What does HWmonitor say is limiting the GPU? Given that that PSU manufacturer isn't even on the Tier list, my guess is it's not getting the power it needs

Thank you for welcome 🙂

Below screenshot from HwMonitor (in background FurMark was ON) where I can check what is limitng GPU?

About PSU - In PC Store sellsman said that this PSU will be enough for this setup and should be fine 😕 so I trusted him. Maybe it's stupid question but can you tell me if this PSU is correctly installed? In my opinion is upside down because logo KRUX 850W is upside down and power plug I have to put in that way into PSU. May it affect power efficiency?
