Get a shop to update it for you cause the board does not seem to have an spi header to flash bios via programmer

if it does then its problably integrated into the tpm header on the bottom right of the board cause looking at pictures i see a faint winbond text on a chip beside the header (bios chip, spi headers usually located close to the bios chip) and idk the pinout

AFAIK that board doesn't support BIOS Flashback, the feature you need to be able to update the BIOS without a compatible CPU. That means you have to either get a compatible CPU somehow (buy one with the plan to return it immediately or borrow one from a friend), bring it to a PC Repair shop and have them do the update, or RMA the board and get ASUS to do the BIOS update for you

You can't.

Some boards will let you update the BIOS by putting the new BIOS file on a USB drive and pressing a button. Your board isn't one of them. You will need a CPU that's currently compatible installed to enter the BIOS and run the update utility.

You will need to find a friend with a spare compatible CPU or pay a shop to update it for you.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Does anyone know who i can go to, to get this update done or what cpus are compatible?

Any 12th gen chip would be compatible, and for a shop if you want to go to one of those you just have to look around to see what's local, we can't help you with that unless you tell us where you live exactly, which probably isn't the best idea to be saying where you live to random strangers on the internet. Just Google "computer repair near me", then call up a couple places, ask how much it would be to do a BIOS update, and go to the place that gives you the cheapest quote (assuming there are multiple locations near you, if it's just one then just make sure they do them before heading over).

Yeah, a 12400F would work, if you know someone who has one that would be ideal

very sorry last question, what about a 12600k because i could send back the 13400f and get that instead?

The 12600K would work as well. That is also a little faster than the 13400F as well, so it seems like the best of both worlds.
