Firstly, it is Türkiye, NOT Turkey. Secondly, some sick people started to prank professionals who are trying to rescue people who are under tons of concretes fighting hypothermia. Thousands of buildings collapsed millions of people got affected, and every single one of these search and rescue professionals racing against time to save people, and children right now who are fighting hypothermia as we speak. Even Ukraine sent aid to Turkey. UKRAINE! Let it sink in for a moment. Thousands already died and estimates might reach tens of thousands. The Republic of Türkiye Directorate of Communications contacted Twitter about this and ask for their cooperation. They had an online meeting with Twitter's Inbound WebRTCs John Hughes and Ronan Costello and communicate this problem about prank rescue hashtags, scam charity tweets, fake news etc. After the meeting and seeing their lack of willingness to cooperate they TEMPORARILY blocked Twitter so it wouldn't cause more harm than good. Thirdly, what are you doing about it? You are not obliged to do anything of course. In the end, you are just a "TECH" channel! Even Ukraine, while under occupation, sent help. All you are doing is tabloid journalism! Please at least don't create negative news like this to harm the efforts in Türkiye.

I was following Linus Media Group for years. But as of now, I am unsubscribing from all of your channels.
There is the news and there is the humanity. While reporting the Hindenburg accident WLS Radio broadcaster Herbert Morrison said "Oh, the humanity and all the passengers screaming around here. I told you. It's -- I can’t even talk to people whose friends were on there. It -- It's....I -- I can’t talk ladies and gentlemen." And while sharing news about a tragic disaster you joke! Quoting Herbert Morrison again "Oh! the humanity!"

No, Turkey is fine. Also to emphasize an idea you'd better use an exclamation mark(!) instead of capitalizing a word and using a dot(.) afterwards.

The Republic of Türkiye followed all official routes the change the country name from Turkey to Türkiye which was recognized by the UN, Nato, and WTO. So, your approval doesn't mean much. If this would be a person who said Turkey I wouldn't care much. But since this is an officially registered tax-paying media group, I have every right to point this out. But thank you for your input.

Thank you for correcting my punctuation.

Have a nice day.

So then just saying Türkiye is also wrong, you  should say The Republic of Türkiye, but no one calls Italy Repubblica Italiana.
