Hi all, I just joined today.

Haveing problems with Bitlocker, saw your Utube vid and the cmds: you wrote.

I was trying to get into safe mode with your cmd > " shutdown /r /t oo" came back as > "shutdown" is not recongnized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file"

Ireally need to remove the Bitlocker. Thanks in advance for any help

Welcome to the forums. 

Are you locked out of the computer with Bitlocker? What exactly is going on that is causing you to need to remove Bitlocker?

If you are locked out and do not have or know the Bitlocker passkey then you may have a very serious problem.

if your windows license are connected to your windows online account, you should be able to find bitlocker key in the online device list.
