Always compare building yourself with identical or similar enough parts (read: not completely different model, like using a B670E board which wouldve been better value overall for example) first either at the same store or other stores that you know locally. But overall, at 1400$, thats sounds like a sweet deal although that storage leaves a lot to be desired.

Sure, price is good.  Are you buying a CPU bundle on Komplett as the CM ML240L V2 ARGB Komplett Edition  is in your description?  You miiight get a better price by picking the parts individualy as the Ryzen 7600 already comes with a CPU cooler ( AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler )  I also had the CM ML240L Komplett Edition back in 2017 and it was not very good. The fans started making noise after a few months and it was extremely loud.

just remember that the non X chips are the ones that come with a CPU cooler.  the X's do not.  It should say-  inkl. kjøler
