Kernel Power 41, at wits end

Hello everyone. For the past week I have been getting Kernel 41 reboots every single day while gaming (it has only occurred with Path of Exile, Doom Eternal and Dead Space Remake), with it even occurring more frequently as the week has gone on. I have tried everything I can think of save a reinstall of Windows. I swapped out my PSU for a friends and it still reboots. I wiped my GPU drivers with DDU and rolled back to an older one from before the reboots, didn't work. I've updated my motherboard BIOS and all drivers. I've reseated all of my components. I tested the RAM at 4 passes with memtest86 (the free version only allows 4 max), no errors. All of my drives are reporting healthy and no errors were found with any disc check I used. I repasted my GPU and while it runs cooler it still reboots. I did find what appears to be corrosion on the heat-sink but I don't believe it is touching the die, I will include a picture though.

My gut tells me it is the GPU possibly dying but I don't know for sure because it is such a generic error and none of my friends have a spare I could test with, nor do I have the money for one. If I have to I can send my CPU and Motherboard in as they are under warranty but my GPU is out of it now. All of my components save the GPU and my boot drive were purchased in 2021. I am at my wits end with this and any input at all would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Forgot to mention there are no overclocks whatsoever. I even tried underclocking my GPU to see if that would help and it did not.
