MOBO and CPU RAM limitation questions

On a new build

CPU is i5-13400F(13gen) and the specification states supports "Up to DDR5 4800 MT/s"

MOBO is AsRock Z790 Lightning that supports "DDR5 up to 7200 + OC"  and supports Kingston Fury Beast 32GB (2x16GB) 5200MT/s DDR5 (Only $2 more than 4800MT/S)

Specific questions are:

-Will the CPU even recognize the RAM and limit it to 4800Mt/s?

-If XMP is enabled, will the CPU/MOBO utilize it as 5200Mt/s?

Thanks in advance.

Without XMP it will run at JDEC speed as default ...can't remember which speed but if you enable XMP it should run 5200, yes. You can also tweak settings manually.
