For TWS, the Samsung earphones rank really high, finding something that sounds better will be hard.

Agree, Samsung Galaxy Buds2 is actually great, and prices cheaper than most audio expert brand. It may be marketing jargon, but it's "tuned by AKG" (which is actually part of SAMSUNG company)

But if I really want to have alternatives, SoundPeats Mini Pro, XiaoMi Buds 3, Audio Technica ATH-CKS5TW, or JBL Tune 125TWS

From my personal preference, I still would prefer Samsung because it doesn't produce overwhelming bass, even Audio Techinca (expert audio product company) for this product is heavy on bass, which I don't really enjoy.

But for overall feature, I would pick SoundPeats, because it fits well for my ear, good ANC while taking a walk on a street near traffic, and I enjoy my voice from the microphone

They use regular old Bluetooth, compatible with everything that has bluetooth. XD

Agree, it works great with Android phones, it has "extra" perks with Samsung phone for seamless connection when you open samsung buds2 (like AirPods with iPhone)

The only downside of it, if you use iPhone, then it gets really hard to switch ANC on/off and touch control of Samsung buds2 from your phone. Because the official app from Samsung doesn't support this version
