Geforce Experience

I have recently been having issues with Geforce Experience.

I had tow people come up to me with graphical issues on their laptop. One on a Razor Blade 16 in and another on a HP Envy. Both with Nvidia graphics cards. I tried to open the Geforce Experience app to try and update or reinstall the graphics drivers and the app never launches. I have tried rebooting the computer and attempted to uninstall the application with the uninstaller crashing upon launching. I then tried just using the installer to try and repairing it and it flashes a progress bar and then crashes again. My last resort was looking at the Nvidia drivers not through geforce and even those installers crash. I don't know what's happening cause these are definitely Nvidia graphics cards but it its like windows doesn't want to uninstall, reinstall, or fix the issue.

It should just resort to Windows Basic adapter drivers when the dedicated drivers are uninstalled.
