Please help!

My issue is my motherboard can boot, but i can’t enter bios.

When i try to enter bios it just blackscreens and my monitor go no signal.

Please help me!

(also sorry for my bad english i don’t speak very well)

setup: 

mb: msi b450m mortar titanium

cpu: ryzen 5 2600

ram: gskill trident z f4-3200c16d-16gtzr 16gb 3200mHz

gpu: zotac gtx 1070 amp extreme

Are you getting any POST lights?  There is a thing for this pinned in green at the top of troubleshooting

Yes the mb boots fine its checking all the components and i get to windows.

It checks the cpu (light is on for a couple seconds) then the ram and the gpu and my boot device ( the ez debug light us on for each of them for 3-4 seconds then after the boot check is done the light disappears  and i get to windows but no loading screen.

Then it is happening you’re just coasting by it. Your motherboard manual will have the key you use to interrupt and stop at the bios screen.  If your card is working but your drivers are messed up this will show the bios screen because it will use different, very old, baked in drivers the card is required to work with.   Annother option is to clear CMOS which aside from wiping any other bios changes will wipe the one that keeps you from going to bios first. If the card is dead this will not show.  Any other thing to try is check the card in another system, or check another card in that system.
