163 has been greater or equal to 160 for several thousand years now, so I think so. If you find that this is not true physics and mathematics have a lot to answer for.  One of the problems of air coolers though is the tallest thing on then is generally the heat pipes and they San be very sloppily done.  3mm is a lo though even for that.  I would say that if your cooler did not fit you could return it and get another on grounds of bad manufacturing.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
