Dont know wich CPU to choose.

My RAM says its only available for intel CPU's, tho on the website it says its compatible whit AMD CPU's too. I dont know wich to trust since id rather have a AMD CPU since its a little cheaper.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2X 8GB DDR4 3600MHZ

DDR4-3600 probably won't work with 1000 or 2000 series Ryzen CPUs - their memory controllers just aren't good enough unless you won the silicon lottery. It will probably work with 3000 series ones - I'd give it 90% odds. It will almost certainly work with 5000 series CPU.

Welcome to the forums!
YoungBlade is correct. Old AMD gets a bit uppity about RAM. Likely to work, but it's possibly an issue. But 3000 and above should be pretty fine.

I suppose I should have clarified to say "work at 3600 speeds." Yes, there's a really good chance the RAM will function with older Ryzen CPUs, but it likely won't be able to clock at 3600 on an old Ryzen 7 1700 or the like. It could probably be down-clocked to DDR4-2933 or DDR4-2800 and still work, though.
