Trying to find a monitor helllp 😩

I’m really in-between a  “Gigabyte M27Q-X 27.0" 2560 x 1440 240 Hz or a Nitro XV282KKV Widescreen Gaming LCD Monitor“

But that’s just what I have been told is good.

I want something with extremely low latency I play on a Xbox series x most of the time but I also game on pc I plan on  up upgrading my pc soon ik xbox is 144hz at the most but my pc handles 240.

Idk what’s the best for price. Just to me 950 for a lcd is crazy but if it’s worth it but I feal like there is probably better out there for that price.
