Pc ssd boot super long

I brought it to a computer store a had it checked they said is a motherboard and psu isuei

Pc using an ssd msi 470 1tb for some reason it boot time takes as long as an hard drive in the bios it also already set as the msi ssd to boot window

30 minutes at least sometime it can actually take an hour to 2 hours

both?..  don't think anyone would have seen that here..  we'r all only doing remote diagnostics..

Yeah everyone i asked all said it might be the the ssd but it was both mobo and psu so yeah anyways thank you all for trying to help
