RTX 2080 memory clock problem.

I have problem that RTX 2080 memory clock random go down clock from default 7000 Mhz too 6800 Mhz. I never do any memory OC or down clock but for some mysterious reason default clock get reduced by 200 Mhz. Temps is not a problem memory stay at ~75 over all any sensor in GPU not report more than 75-80C. All time clock run at 7000 Mhz by default but now it's few days than start run at max 6800 Mhz do is sign that GPU is dying maybe ?

Rather bug in the Nvidia driver or something. Check the solution in that thread.
