Does an Entry level mobo can causes problem while enable the SAM (Smart Access Memory)?

got nothing to do with the quality of the motherboard.

if it;'s support SAM, it will do just fine.

It's a basic feature build in the CPU and motherboard chipset, so motherboard quality or tier won't matter.

As long as the CPU and the board supports SAM, then you will be able to enable SAM.

And the GPU.

For example, rtx 3000 need vbios updates / firmware updates.

But I am getting stutters with my Rx 6600xt, B450M S2H Mobo and Ryzen 3600x. Can't find any solution of this problem.

Do you have the latest bios for your motherboard?

Are you using the latest chipset drivers downloaded from AMD?

The latest GPU drivers?

Have you tried disabling Multiplane Overlay MPO and Ultra Low Power State ULPS?
