322mm gpu for 330mm Case

322 is less than 330, so i don't see the issue, besides that it will be very close. If by stock coolers you mean the fan then you should be fine. you can't mount anything else in the front obviously

I'm on an RX 6800 right now, no issues with a good 650W PSU.
