Transferring saved games from PC to console

Hi all,

 

I was quite far into the game on PC. I since old it ..  I have a ps5 but wondered if I download it if theirs is any cross platform that can moved saves games from Ubisoft sign in

 

Is is possible? I don't want to start again!
