windows 10 home WIN 10: Rename/Delete not seen unless I REFRESH folder. And Creating NEW FOLDER no longer prompts for a name..?

While inside a folder, if I rename/delete a file or folder, it does not display the changes unless I F5 refresh or reopen the folder.

Also

If I Create Folder, it no longer shows the Icon with the highlighted 'new folder' text ready to label the new folder.

 

These actions or inaction are things I've never experienced before.

Someone please educate and help if you can,,,,

It's a Microsoft "Feature" where they want you to be happy with the way they made it instead of actually trying to make it better for the user.

Please check if there are Windows Updates waiting for a restart.
