eDRIVE Samsung SSD encryption+RAID

Hello everyone, I have a System (specs in the description) (SSD=not in RAID+boot drive) (HDDs=RAID1) and I have tried two different types of RAID:

1. AHCI+Windows RAID, problems: blue screens cause array to rebuild, can't use RAID volume on other OSes
2. AMD RAID controller, problems: can't use SAMSUNG SSD Magician software (which I personally need)

Here are some possible solutions I have found but need help to choose:

1. Disabling RAID (and enabling AHCI) for the port where the non-raided SSD is plugged
2. Plugging the SSD in one of the 3rd party controllers (?possible performance/stability degradation?)
3. Finding a way to disable the "SCSI connection" that comes with the AMD RAID

Which do you guys think is the best solution? Thanks in advance

Why do you need the Magician software? Its not the end all and be all SSD speedy add on you know, right?

I do know that, I need it to enable encryption on the drive so I can reinstall with an encrypted drive manageable by bitlocker

Also Windows doesn't detect the drive as an SSD when the AMD RAID is enabled, I fear I may one day defragment it without noticing its the wrong drive
