Games stutter if SAM is on

Why I am facing the stuttering issue when I enable SAM from bios? I am using an RX 6600xt, R5 3600x, 16B RAM, and a Gigabyte B450M S2H Mobo. BIOS updated to the latest F63d.

What if you disable them in BIOS but enable ReBar in Adrenaline? 

And also, is it game specific? Because FH5 runs like crap with ReBar on, with my 6800 XT.

I don't get any detrimental effects with SAM on.  Or at least any I've noticed on my 6900XT.

Exactly. FH5 is the problem. Sometime AC Valhalla shows some problem.

This is game issue, after the Hot Wheels update, ReBar is broken. 

AC valhalla is horrible optimized, so I'm not surprised if ReBar is also broken.
