I'm using CoolerMaster MasterFan MF120R aRGB (https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/case-fan/masterfan-mf120r-argb/). It has a good air static pressure, having 2000rpm max speed, and quite silent in my case, even when running the fan at full speed. Maybe you can give it a consideration?
