Are you talking about integrated graphics you were on before installing a dedicated GPU?

IMO, no not necessary as it'll just be disabled when the dGPU is installed.

You don't need to uninstall anything, just install the newest drivers for the new GPU from AMD's website.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Yes, just install the drivers from AMD and you should be good to go. Side note, you may want to install 22.5.1 drivers as there have been issues with 22.11.2 drivers causing some RX6800/6900 graphics cards to die mysteriously. Not a correlation but they were running 22.11.2 drivers when they died so best advice to stick with previous stable version for now until more news comes out in regards to the driver being the problem.
