the DK1 series is available and i believe up to DK 1.2, DK2 is not yet available.

 

 

Launched on March 19th 2014, it is time, one month later, to count the number of DevKit 2 preordered. Oculus VR revealed to Techcrunch that no less than 25000 DevKit 2 have been pre ordered, which is a huge number considering the short amount of time.
Indeed, 60 000 DevKit 1 have found an owner between March 2013 and March 2014. As of today, Oculus VR sold about 85 000 Devkit. A nice surprise for the team.
Although these DevKit weren't only pre ordered by developers, like Oculus VR advised, it remains convinced that most of them have been.
From our side, we even think that this massive pre ordering by enthusiast will push more than one of them to start developing demos or even games.

Not sure if you're joking but the development kit 1 was what sold through their own website until they started preorders for the development kit 2 earlier this year.

Yep, it's legit. "It is the DK1 version. Released only to developers."
