Hardware or software issue?

Well, I recently build my pc, and by far so now, havent had many issues but, it has already happened 3 times in a month: 

While playing some videogames, I think all of them were just at 70% load. The screen just goes black for a second and comes back, it is quite unusual, I managed to record the last one, and in the recording it is appreciable, so it is not the monitor.  I got an RX 6600, supposely with the new drivers rn. Please help as I only got 15 days of warranty
