Hey!

I'm currently a Windows 11 user with 8GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1650 Nvidia card, and a 8643 motherboard.

Recently, I've realized that my 8GB of ram is not doing me justice for gaming or really anything I'm doing without crashing some chrome tabs. I've realized that while there is no specific bloatware program on my computer, even idling at desktop takes up about 43% of my ram.

Do you have any suggestions on how to debloat? I've tried a few open source tools, but they didn't help much.

you could potentially look into something like a debloated Windows ISO

or try a script like this

That is mainly targeted at W10 but it may help with W11 YMMV.

if you are feeling adventurous see this video for a better option than trying to kill bloat that is already installed.

The simplest solution is to just add another 8GB DIMM or to swap the 8GB one for a 16.
