Is this AIO orientation correct?

Go to solution Solved by NorKris,

as long as the top part of the rad is over the pump ur fine. and in ur case, its not a problem at all.

Case closed, you wil never have a problem related to this

I just started building my first PC and I realized that I was not sure if my AIO was positioned correctly. I watched a few videos but none of them covered the position that I had my AIO in. Because of the length of the tubing, I am unable to put it in another orientation. Please help!E89780DB-C3BD-4EF5-AAE8-5CD9211EF802.thumb.jpeg.73e80aabe4783e061dca6042873ba245.jpeg

i would at least try to lower those hoses, as since they are above the rad, it may make a good spot for air to get stuck.

i also prefer hoses to be at the bottom of the rad vs the top. it looks like you have enough room to be able to make it work if you flip the pump around but it should be okay how it is if you prefer to avoid the effort, so up to you.

It is suboptimal, you always want to have the tubes on your rad below your pump to avoid sucking air into the pump. It'll die sooner in this orientation, but there's nothing you can do if the tubes are too short for another orientation.

I will find your Laptop thread and I will recommend an ITX build instead

Is it as bad as mounting your radiator on the bottom of the case? Or is it just slightly worse than having the hose come out of the bottom of the radiator? Also, keep in mind that when I install the top fan the tubes will be a bit bellow the top of the rad.
