PSU vs GPU compitability question (Asus Thor 850w vs Asus strix rtx4080)

Budget (including currency): 3500$

Country: Israel

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: all AAA games mostly

I planned and ordered the parts already which include the

Asus ROG-THOR-850P (PSU)

and

Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX™ 4080 16GB GDDR6X

Though the 850W is more than enough for me to run the setup with this GPU i'm worried about something else. the 3 PCI-E power connectors required into that 16pin adapter that comes with the GPU

I see that the PSU has 4xPCI-E connectors but only comes with 2x PCI-E 1 to 1 cables and 1x PCI-E 1 to 2 cable.

Am I allowed to use the PCI-E 1 to 2 cable and another PCI-E 1 to 1 cable into the GPU adapter? or do I have to buy another PCI-E 1 to 1 cable seperately and use 3x PCI-E 1 to 1 cables?
