That motherboard does not have integrated Wi-Fi. You'll need to use a USB Wi-Fi adapter or a PCIe Wi-Fi adapter.

So guys, do you reckon this motherboard has integrated wifi or should i just buy a wifi dongle?

No. If you want integrated wifi get the B550-F (wifi) variant. It's almost the same board.
