Your cooler is having static cooling. Either that or your Mobo sensors are off. Unless you can notice that it is thermal throttling then you are fine

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

If it isn't thermal throttling (and believe me, you'll know when Zambezi throttles), don't worry about it. The thermal sensor is not accurate when it isn't close to Tjmax.
