Prepare windows for end customer

Hello everyone

I'm building a computer for a friend. And I know that last time I built a computer I used a built in tool in windows to remove the user account and keep all the installed drivers and software.

Does anyone know where that tool is located?

I've tried to find it and searched around on the internet without any luck.

I think it was described as a tool to prepare for end delivery or end customer or something.

Any help is appreciated.

Sysprep, select OOBE and tick generalise and select the shutdown option.

 

Tool is located in C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep

Yes, Sysprep was the tool I was looking for.

Located in system32 (for future reference)
