what tablet should I get?

I looking for a tablet for mothers day, my max budget would be $110 preferably around 100, my mom will be using it for checking her email, light internet browsing, and digital board games like Othello, Chess, and 2048

Wow... that is quite the budget. I really hope that you aren't expecting too much from that... But your best hope is to look into some cheap Chinese tablets (make sure you are buying from a legit vendor, there are lots of scams). 

 

Or, you can look into used and/or older gen devices. As the first reply says, the Nexus 7 2012 can be found refurbished for around your budget. The second reply is from a guy who clearly doesn't know how to do a quick Google search for a price

At best you might be able to find a second hand Nexus 7 for that price.

Your budget it simply too low for anything decent. You need at least ~200 for anything that isn't absolute crap (like the Chinese tablets that barely work).
