USB Thumb Drive Slow Read speed

HP x795w USB 

I made Win 11 installer via Rufus and after that when went to install Window it never loaded in BIOS after press ESC selecting usb window installer media after doing some testing Found this Read speeds are dead ANY HELP i have tried FORMATING rebuild CMD commands nothing worked or just USB is dead any way to test any thing ?

anything to make it work ??????

Try the thumb drive on different USB ports (usb controllers do weird things sometimes)

If that does not work, then try a different flash drive.

If all that does not work, then there might be a deeper issue with your USB controllers.

other usb thumb drive work fine this one started Problem after i used rufus on it for Window 11 install now its fucked up

You might have incorrectly flashed the drive. Try wiping the partition with disk management and see if it works as normal. If it does, then you did something wrong somewhere when you were using Rufus, or your image is bad.
