EVO 16 output volume

Hi,

 

I have recently purchased an EVO 16, and most things work as I would expect. For reasons I won't go into, I need to route a piece of software to outputs 7-8, rather than 1-2 which is my default. The software I'm using allows me to do this, but there's no sound. I am guessing it's the volume that's the problem, but can't figure out how to change the volume for those outputs. I can change volume for inputs, but not outputs.

Any advice very welcome.

The manual says you can set the output volumes in the software mixer.
