Laptop Recommendation

I need a recommendation for a laptop that is in the price range of $700.00 or lower. I do quite a bit of gaming and talking on comms so I would like a nice graphics card and processor. I'd like the ram to be at least 8GB and at least 40 FPS or higher on most high quality games. Please tell me if this simply isn't possible or where I can find it. If you find one on the interwebs please post a link and a description. Thanks anyone who helps this will really help me!

Thank you but my friend, who made me post this to see what the Linus Tech Tips community had to say, got a new laptop before we could get a response he actually got a 8GB Laptop with a Quad-Core in it and a nice video card so he is very happy. But thank you for the recommendation and I looked at it and I think I might look around Lenovo for a new laptop because right now I have a Dual-Core i5 with 8GB and its an okay Toshiba.
