Country: Well... I am in sweden.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: It will be used for gaming like 'Hell Let Loose' and FPS games like 'R6, COD' and streaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am going to play in 1080p (for now, might try 2k later down the line) and I play at 240hz on my main monitor, I have two monitors, my main at 240hz and my 2nd at 144hz. Thinking of getting a third monitor as well, probably another 144hz. I will be buying this in 1 or 2 months, so pretty close. The pc I am gaming on now has 'GTX 1080, I9-9700k, 32gb RAM, 750watt 80 plus Platinum.' I am going to share what build I am planning and would love if I can get some feedback on it and if it is something I missed or should change.

13900K is useless overkill  for gaming, rather get a 13700K or 13600K and invest in a better GPU (4080 or 7900XTX)
Cooler is waaay too weak, you should get at least a big aircooler (Dark Rock, AK620, NH-D15...) or watercooling for those beastly CPUs

Rest is okay, yet the case is a bit low budgetish (you could get a Lancool II, Phanteks G360, Corsair 4000X..that are better build) and the PSU is pretty expensive for what it is , a Corsair RM850X is around 160EUR, aven a RM1000x is less than 215EUR

Wholeheartedly agree with PDifolco, the Phanteks G360A is a very good case with tons of airflow and everything else is good too. Furthermore, the G360A has 3 ARGB fans that come with it so you can have one of them as exhaust.
