Digital Video Camera cable

I have a Buyee high definition DVC camcorder and have lost the usb cable to recharge the battery.  I have been told it is a hybrid for this camera?  Does anyone have one or know about this please.

I found what looks the be a replacement cable on Amazon.

some reviews complained about it not charging but others say it does.

When manufacturers used to use non-standard plugs like this they all tended to choose different pin assignments in their corner, so it's a crapshoot whether a particular cable works with a particular device even if it looks like it should.
