So would you spend extra 60 bucks to go for 13400F or spend close to 100 for 13500?

I think CDN price difference between 13400F and 13500 would be around 40-50 bucks.

The 12600 non k doesnt have e cores a d honestly is a ripoff of a cpu.

Either get the 12600k or 13400 whatever version at least

Help is appreciated.

Picked up a new GPU (6700xt) for a decent price.

I thought I could get by using my POS I3-9100F for few months..... and I learned my lesson of CPU bottlenecking and stuttering.

Which CPU should I get?

12400 is cheap but 13400 just came out and 12600(non K) is on a sale as well.

Would you guys spend extra 60 bucks to go from 12400->13400 or 12600(non K).

Also prob need to upgrade my 2200mhz ram as well. lol.

FYI, running a 1440P monitor.

12600 probably not, 13400 maybe haven't seen any performance benchmarks for 13400 but considering the k series performance difference it might be worth it.

THIS IS MY SIGNATURE

Not sure If this is a legit benchmark but here it is. About 10-20% diff in 1080p high framerate situation. Not much of a difference on the  lower end.

The 13400 IS basically the 12600k but newer and a bit faster.

The 13500 and 13600 are coming very soon too and have an extra 4 e cores on them for a price increase of 15$.

As for memory yeas if its 2133mhz memory an upgrade to 3200mhz cl16 stuff is gonna be a NOTICEABLE difference on the 13th gen stuff
