Splashtop is a great one

Thanks.  It has a 'offline mode' where the computers aren't connected to the internet but the are connected within a local network.

Teamviewer is also laggy for that kind of stuff.

 

I would just use Remote Desktop, built into windows, if you're using windows, at least.

Thanks guys... I've decided to not do stream / remote desktop anyways.   :P
