The 13th gen intel CPU is fine, but expect to have no upgrade path. When you want to upgrade your setup in few years you will have to get new motherboard and CPU maybe even new ram. The parts seems all right, but Why spend so much on the motherboard. Maybe get a cheaper motherboard and bump it up to rtx 3070 if that is an option. Or you can get a used one. Also there is Rx 6*** series they offer performance at and above 3070 level for lower prices.
