You don't need to worry about the other drives because the installer will only make changes on the drive that you choose.

 

Edit: If reinstalling over an existing copy of Windows is what you mean, then you should pick the "upgrade" option prior to choosing the drive.

Remove the drive. Then install Windows and reinstall the drive. While you can choose where to install Windows, Ive seen Windows do stupid shit like put boot files on a secondary drive. I always install Windows on the drive I want first, then install my other drives later. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
