For what use? What games? What work loads? What resolution and frame rate?

For me personally, no because it would be a massive downgrade.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

For gaming, editing and slight programming. I would play vr games such as Half Life: Alyx, Bonelabs, Beat Saber, etc. As my budget for a pc is about 1500$ this is what I could find.

What region are you in? Pricing varies, but you could do a lot better than that for the budget in my area. At least a 6800 xt/ 3070 or 3080 would probably work with that budget.

I'm in Romania

that's still in europe, last time i checked?

in fact you can buy from all these countries without any import tax!

The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

prices aren't "different" in romania therfore, and i just checked recently you can get a far better system for 1500...
