emaxx-a320-gaming +

it says on their bios update description it will support renoir cpus (4000 series without graphics) would it support something like a Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 5 4500?
their website doesn't list anything in CPU support and im looking to upgrade my cpu from a Ryzen 5 1400

Any concerns (bios, driver or manuals requirements), please do not hesitate to send us an Email

Since their page is very sparse on detail, I don't think we can do more than guess. The update says it adds support for 4000 series, so I would assume it also supports 3000 series… but we don't know for certain.

Ryzen 5 4500 is considered in their description of Renoir CPUs without graphics right?

I would assume that's the case. R5 4500 and R3 4100 are the only desktop Renoir parts without an iGPU.

in your opinion, do you think buying the 4500 is the safe option right now?

As I said above, I would contact the company and ask them, they're the ones who should be able to tell you for certain.
