I would attempt to get the card working before trying to look for solutions. What happened?

Only way to get them for free is find them in the trash.
Everyone that has one thats worth anyhting will ask money for it.

 

Ive had luck at the local dump, there is a electronics container and i have found working hardware in there.
Just make sure you talk to the personnel first, not all want you just walking in and taking stuff. (for some reason).

Nothing is free, unfortunatly.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!
