Final build, ready to buy. If price were not a factor do you see any problems wit this build?

Everything is compatible, but it really doesn't make any sense to buy. If price was no factor, the 13900K and a 4090 would be a better pick, along with higher rated components to go along with them. If price actually is a factor and you want to be mildly sensible, The 13700K is faster for the same price, you can get DDR5 kits and motherboards for about that price, the cooler is outperformed by units like the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360, you can get a 4TB Gen 4 drive for the cost of both of those drives together (Crucial P3 Plus), The 3090 Ti is outperformed by the 4080 which is generally about the same price, and there are better PSUs for that budget.

The somewhat sensibly priced system (there are some things in there that I wouldn't really recommend, the PSU and GPU don't make a whole lot of sense, but they're better than that system): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pTQ7JM

If you intend to buy brand new, wouldnt it be better to get 13900k, 4090 over 3090ti, and get a ddr5 mobo+ram instead of ddr4? So you can sell it for more when you upgrade in the future? Or is the price difference too much?

Maybe get a bigger HDD for steam games instead of that 870 evo?

Looks great though 🙂
