It's normal. Make sure the GPU is not running extremely hot and you're fine.

when i'm running high on life even on medium quality the task manager shows me 90-100% usage and even in the nvidia geforce experience same amount of usage.

this is very normal. Why are you even asking this? just google if 100% gpu usage is normal in games and you will see that it is

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Turn resolution to 720p and settings to very low. Should reduce your GPU usage a good bit.

GPU are designed to use as much power as possible to give as many FPS as possible

Unless the CPU can't follow or you put some framerate cap or sync it should use 100%

It's not the same than modern CPU because they have 4 to 16 cores and games can only use a couple most of the time, so usage can be low overall聽

also my task manager show usage 1% while Nvidia Geforce experience shows 90-100% usage and I'm afraid i cant trust the temperature it shows because the task manager shows different data though the temperature is the same in both apps
